1. Purpose of the webinar

The webinar is an educational session about professional reinvention, capability building and turning learning into visible evidence.

It is provided for information and education only and does not constitute career, financial, legal or employment advice.

2. No guaranteed outcome

Attending the webinar does not guarantee any career outcome.

No promotion, salary increase, job offer, or specific professional result is promised or implied. Your results depend on your own actions, context and implementation.

3. Intellectual property

All content, frameworks, terminology, templates and materials shared in the session — including The Future Me Reinvention Scorecard — remain the intellectual property of The Future Me.

You may use the materials for your own personal professional development only.

4. Permitted use

You may not record, reproduce, resell, redistribute or commercially reuse the session or its materials without prior written permission.

5. Webinar access

Access is provided to the registered participant only.

After registering here you complete a short Zoom registration step. Zoom then issues your personal joining link for the session by email.

Reminders and the joining instructions are also shared on WhatsApp using the number provided during registration.

6. Behavioural expectations

Participants are expected to behave respectfully towards the host and other attendees. We may remove any participant who is disruptive, abusive or promotional.

7. Third-party tools

The session and its communication may rely on third-party platforms for hosting, email and messaging. Their availability and terms are outside our control.

8. Availability, rescheduling and replays

The session runs every Sunday at 11:00 AM IST. A registration made after 12:00 PM IST on session day is placed in the following Sunday's session.

Plan to attend live. A replay is not included in the current free-session offer.

We may reschedule, reformat or cancel a session where necessary. Registered participants will be informed using the contact details provided.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from attending the webinar or applying its content.

Nothing in these terms limits any right you have that cannot be limited by law.

10. Paid program distinction

The webinar is free to attend. An optional paid TFM program may be presented inside the session. Registering for the free webinar creates no obligation to purchase anything.

Payment terms, if any, apply only to that separate paid program and are provided at the point of purchase.

11. Privacy

Your information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
