The Future MeBack

Privacy Policy

This policy explains what we collect when you register for The Future Me webinar, why we collect it, and what control you have over it.

1. Information we collect

When you register for the webinar we collect your full name, email address and WhatsApp / phone number.

We also collect your registration answers: the professional profile you select and the biggest career challenge you select, plus anything you type into the optional message field.

We record the consent you gave at registration, the date and time you gave it, and the version of the consent wording you saw.

We record basic registration context: the page you registered from, the date and time of registration, and standard campaign tags (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_term, utm_content) if they were present in the link you arrived through. We do not store any other part of the web address you arrived on.

We count anonymous page visits using a random identifier stored in your browser. That identifier is not linked to your name or email.

2. Why we collect it

To confirm your registration and send you the joining instructions and reminders for the session you registered for.

To provide support before, during and after the webinar.

To share the free resources connected to the session, including The Future Me Reinvention Scorecard.

To send wider educational or marketing email only where you separately opted in. You can withdraw that at any time.

To place an automated voice reminder call before the session only where you separately opted in to receive one. If you do not tick that option, no call is placed.

3. Data protection

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information against unauthorised access, loss or misuse.

Access to registration data requires an authenticated administrator account, and is limited to the people who need it in order to run the session and support attendees.

4. Third-party platforms we actually use

Lovable — hosting for this website and delivery of our transactional and sequence emails from our verified sending domain.

Supabase — the database that stores registration records, and the authentication system behind the administrator area.

Zoom — the platform that hosts the live session. When you complete the Zoom registration step, Zoom collects the details you enter there under its own privacy terms and issues your personal joining link.

WhatsApp — used to share reminders, joining instructions and community updates with the number you provide.

Razorpay — used only if you choose to buy a paid program. Card and payment details are entered on Razorpay's checkout and never reach our servers.

Ringg AI — used to place the optional automated reminder call, and only for people who ticked that optional consent.

Meta (Facebook) — advertising measurement only, and only if you choose “Allow” in the tracking banner. See the next section.

5. Cookies and advertising measurement

This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies unless you choose “Allow” in the optional marketing measurement banner. Choosing “Don’t allow” means no advertising script is loaded at all, and the site works exactly the same.

If you allow it, we load the Meta pixel so we can see which adverts brought people to this page. We do not send your name, email address, phone number, profile selection or challenge selection to Meta, and we do not enable Meta's automatic collection of form fields.

Your choice is stored in your browser and you can change it by clearing your site data for this website.

We separately count anonymous page visits using a random identifier stored in your browser, so we can see how many people view the page. This is not shared with advertising platforms.

6. Your choices and requests

You can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to us using the contact address below and we will act on the request.

You can stop receiving marketing email at any time using the unsubscribe link in our emails, or by writing to us.

You can withdraw consent for the automated reminder call at any time by writing to us.

Withdrawing consent for the webinar communication means we can no longer send you the joining details for the session.

7. How long we keep it

We keep registration records for as long as we are running the webinar programme and supporting the people who registered for it, and we delete a record when you ask us to.

We have not fixed a numeric retention period in this policy, because we would rather state what we actually do than publish a number we do not enforce.

8. Contact

This site is operated as The Future Me, the webinar programme run by Swapnil Girase.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version is always the one published on this page.
